Policy & Legal Framework Development.

We develop policies, strategies, and legal guidelines to ensure sustainable environmental protection, forest management, biodiversity conservation, and climate resilience across the region.

Environmental Regulation & Compliance.

We monitor and regulate development activities to ensure they are implemented without harming the environment and comply with all environmental and forestry laws.

Environmental Audits & Pollution Control.

We conduct environmental audits, manage solid and liquid waste campaigns, and control industrial pollution to protect public health and ecosystems, while promoting safer communities.

Environmental & Social Impact Assessment.

We review study reports and assess the environmental and social impacts of development projects to ensure responsible and sustainable implementation.

Natural Resources Data & Public Awareness.

We collect, organize, and analyze natural resource data, and raise community awareness on environmental protection and sustainable land management.

Climate Change Adaptation Programs.

We develop and implement programs that enhance climate change adaptability, especially for pastoralist and agro-pastoral communities.
