Ecosystem Diversity: Fostering the conservation of diverse ecosystems, recognizing their critical role in supporting life and providing ecosystem services.While Law Enforcement: Enforcing biodiversity-related laws to combat illegal activities, such as poaching and habitat destruction, thus safeguarding natural resources.Overall, the directorate plays a crucial role in preserving biodiversity through integrated management, policy development, and community engagement.
