On December 13, 2025, a two-day General Orientation Training on the Implementation of the Public Service Delivery System was officially launched at the conference hall of the Livestock Office. The training was organized for staff members of the SRS Environmental Protection and Rural Land Administration Bureau (SRS.EPRLAB).
The training was formally opened by H.E. Marwo Abdiaziz Abdullahi, Deputy Bureau Head of the SRS Environmental Protection and Rural Land Administration Bureau (SRS.EPRLAB).
The program was organized by the Service Delivery Reform, Good Governance, and Human Resource Management Directorate of the SRS Environmental Protection and Rural Land Administration Bureau (SRS.EPRLAB).
During the training period, participants will receive sessions on public service delivery policy, the implementation roadmap, and system reform approaches, aimed at improving the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of service delivery within the Bureau.
This training forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of public services and to implement modern reforms within public service–providing institutions.
